Responsible for leading, monitoring, and supervising their assigned portfolio. This role ensures team efficiency, quality, and adherence to operational standards while driving overall client success
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and drive team performance, including productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to workflows and client requirements.
- Identify and address performance deficiencies at both the individual and team levels.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational consistency
- Set clear objectives to align team efforts with organizational goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and team members.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to support team members in achieving performance and career goals.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to resolve roadblocks and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with operational objectives, contributing to organizational success.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management and Certification Billing/Coding(preferred)
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial and Government Insurance plans, member • eligibility, and medical billing (preferred).
- Strong understanding and adherence to HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
- Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, UB, HCFA, and 837 terminologies (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in coaching and career development.
- Strong attention to detail, with problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Google Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
