We’re seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Technical Data Operations Associate to support structured workflows, data handling, and tool-based execution across global teams. This role blends high-volume task accuracy with light technical fluency, ideal for candidates who thrive in structured environments and are eager to learn new tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute repetitive or high-volume tasks with precision and consistency
• Follow structured processes and technical instructions across custom platforms
• Maintain organized records and status trackers using Excel or Google Sheets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams
• Work independently and provide timely updates on task progress
• Support EST or off-hours operations to enable 24/7 team coverage
• Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and workflows
Required Skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proven ability to learn new software and follow structured SOPs
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Clear written and verbal communication in English
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Nice to Have
• Experience using Postman, APIs, or similar tools to initiate requests
• Ability to read and understand JSON structures
• Familiarity with REST APIs or basic API workflows
