Are you a Senior SAP IBP Consultant with the functional depth and solution architecture experience to lead complex global planning transformation?
At HGS, you’ll shape and deliver enterprise SAP IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Response and Supply Planning, Inventory Optimisation and S&OP. This is a senior 12-month contract role where you’ll own solution direction and delivery quality, working with business and technology leaders from discovery and design through deployment, stabilisation and continuous improvement. If you’re confident leading international programmes and translating complex supply chain requirements into scalable planning solutions, this role offers the scope to make a measurable impact.

What are we looking for:
- Have you led end-to-end SAP IBP implementations or enterprise planning transformation programmes?
- Do you bring deep expertise across SAP IBP Demand Planning, Response and Supply Planning, Inventory Optimisation and S&OP?
- Can you define scalable planning architectures and global templates for complex, multi-country environments?
- Are you confident shaping planning models, key figures, master data, forecasting, optimisation and simulation?
- Have you led solution design workshops and translated business priorities into practical SAP IBP blueprints?
- Do you understand integration across SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC and SAP APO?
- Can you advise executive stakeholders while providing technical leadership to cross-functional delivery teams?
- Have you delivered planning solutions within Healthcare, Life Sciences or another regulated environment?

Requirements:
- Significant SAP IBP consulting and enterprise supply chain planning experience
- Expert knowledge of SAP IBP Demand Planning, Response and Supply Planning, Inventory Optimisation and S&OP
- Proven solution architecture experience across global SAP IBP implementations
- Strong capability across planning areas, key figures, master data, optimisation, finite heuristics and simulation
- Knowledge of SAP APO, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP integration technologies
- Experience leading delivery through design, build, testing, deployment and post-production stabilisation
- Strong executive stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
- Healthcare and Life Sciences experience is highly preferred
