HGS UK is looking for an outstanding new Vice President of Tech Sales in this exciting new opportunity. If you’re a new-business hunter who lives and breathes innovative digital solutions for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) industry- this is the next role for you. You will create, own, and close multi-million-pound deals that blend digital customer experience, automation, analytics and AI seamlessly. You’ll deliver this through our global capability centres backed by tier-one technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, SAP and Genesys. Your mission is to open doors across the BFSI landscape and articulate how our platform-enabled services solve compliance, risk and customer-engagement challenges.

What we are looking for:
- Have you sold digitally enabled CX, analytics, or transformation solutions to BFSI clients?
- Are you confident positioning services powered by enterprise platforms like Microsoft, Cranium, Genesys, Amazon Connect, or Databricks?
- Can you speak the language of BFSI buyers; not just IT, but compliance, customer trust, onboarding, and operational resilience?
- Do you know how to build pipeline from the ground up and take ownership of a vertical sales strategy?
- Are you comfortable working closely with technology partners to shape value propositions and co-sell effectively?
We are looking for someone who brings credibility, market fluency, and the commercial leadership to win new business in a strategic growth sector.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in enterprise sales within BFSI or fintech, ideally in the UK market
- Proven success in identifying, qualifying, and closing complex, consultative deals
- Experience selling services built on or integrated with cloud and platform technologies (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, SAP, Genesys, Databricks, Drata)
- Strong understanding of BFSI priorities, including compliance, security, data governance, and customer engagement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams
- Brings experience in AI-led customer experience, automation, or advanced analytics
