Are you an experienced OMP Solution Architect who thrives on solving complex enterprise planning challenges?

 

At HGS, you'll lead the design, readiness and transformation of enterprise planning capabilities across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimisation, Production Planning and S&OP processes. Working across Digital, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and operational teams, you'll shape planning architecture, operating model readiness, data foundations and solution delivery that enable successful OMP deployment and long-term planning excellence. This is a senior role where your expertise, judgement and ability to influence senior stakeholders will play a critical role in delivering large-scale planning transformation across complex international environments.

What are we looking for:

  • Have you led enterprise planning transformation, digital supply chain programmes or advanced planning initiatives across complex international environments?
  • Do you have hands-on experience with OMP and a strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimisation, Production Planning and S&OP processes?
  • Are you comfortable defining future-state planning architecture, planning operating models and enterprise planning roadmaps?
  • Have you worked across planning data, master data, integration design and technology enablement activities?
  • Can you translate business requirements into practical planning solutions that balance operational needs, technical capability and long-term transformation goals?
  • Are you confident working across ERP, MES and wider manufacturing technology ecosystems?
  • Do you have experience leading workshops, challenging requirements and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders?
  • Can you drive planning readiness, adoption and value realisation beyond implementation?
  • Are you comfortable managing systems integrators, strategic vendors and external delivery partners?

Requirements:

  • Strong OMP solution architecture, implementation or transformation experience
  • Expertise across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimisation and S&OP
  • Experience designing enterprise planning solutions within complex international environments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable planning and technology capability
  • Experience working across ERP, MES and manufacturing ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
  • Proven delivery of large-scale planning transformation programmes
  • Degree qualified, with postgraduate qualifications advantageous
