Requirements:

  • Customer service or contact centre experience, including complaint handling
  • A positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels
  • Strong attention to detail, basic maths skills, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
  • Depending on the campaign, the ability to explain complex financial information clearly or support customers with empathy during vulnerable times
