What we are looking for:

Do you have experience leading digital or transition projects in BPO, contact centre or customer experience environments?
-
Can you translate stakeholder requirements into pragmatic delivery plans and maintain a single critical path across interdependent streams?

Are you confident coordinating vendors, cloud and platform teams while protecting service continuity during cutovers?
-
Can you run UAT and pilot validation, track adoption metrics and ensure successful handover into BAU?

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering digital projects or transitions in BPO, contact centre or CX-focused organisations

Track record of delivering platform, portal or API integration projects on time and to budget

Experience managing vendors and third-party suppliers, including cloud or platform partners
-
Practical experience with Agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or Planner

Experience coordinating UAT, defect management and cutovers with operations teams

Ability to produce concise leadership reporting, manage dependencies and escalate risks early, with onshore and offshore teams.
