Are you an experienced Operations Manager who enjoys leading complex customer operations and building strong, credible relationships with clients?  At HGS, as an Operations Manager, you will take real ownership of multi-channel service delivery across a range of regulated and high-profile client campaigns. You will lead and develop Team Managers, drive performance against agreed standards, and act as a trusted point of contact for clients, making sure services are well governed, compliant, and delivered with confidence. If you bring solid operational experience, value accountability, and enjoy leading teams in fast-paced environments where quality and confidence matter, you will find plenty of scope here to take ownership, lead with assurance, and make a meaningful impact.

What we are looking for: 

  • Are you an experienced Operations Manager within a BPO or contact centre environment, with a track record of leading complex customer operations and delivering against KPIs and SLAs?
  • Are you comfortable taking full ownership of operational performance, drawing on experience managing scale, regulatory or client scrutiny, and continuous improvement?
  • Are you passionate about automation, digital solutions, and ways to enhance CX for internal and external stakeholders?
  • Do you bring credibility with both clients and teams, combining strong people leadership with clear, confident operational control?

Requirements: 

  • Proven leadership experience leading contact centre or customer operations at scale
  • Demonstrable experience working within regulated, public sector, or brand-sensitive environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior internal and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical capability, with confidence using MI to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Proficient IT and computer skills, particularly MS Office Suite, and AI solution knowledge preferred.
