Job Description: 

Work with DBS and become a valued Customer Service Advisor, responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to a wide range of customer enquiries. You will work with our Customer Relationship Management system, gaining access to customer details, including scanned images of application forms and other relevant documents. Your role will involve accessing a wealth of information and frequently asked questions to ensure that every customer enquiry receives the highest standard of support. Whether it is through phone calls, written communications, or web chat, you will directly liaise with our customers to address their needs. Please be aware that certain accounts may involve handling confidential and sensitive information, requiring the utmost discretion and sensitivity to potentially distressing content. What we are looking for:  

·       Professionalism and focused on brand standards

Requirements:  

·       Customer service/contact centre experience. 

·       Experience using Microsoft packages (inc Word, excel)  

·       Educated to GCSE standard
