Requirements: 

  • Demonstrable experience in adult learning and training delivery within a contact centre or BPO environment
  • Strong coaching skills and ability to engage learners at all levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
  • Experience in instructional or digital learning design
  • Ability to interpret data and create actionable learning insights
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel as required
