Requirements: 

  • Prior experience in office/facilities coordination or site operations
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • Good understanding of UK office safety, compliance, and reporting standards
  • Confident managing vendor relationships and supervising small on-site teams
  • Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and admin tools for tracking and reporting
