Our team seeks proactive individuals to manage logging, identification, and arranging defence solicitors to provide free legal advice to clients detained in police custody in England and Wales. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication, logging case details such as police station, duty scheme, detainee name, and offense type. You will also communicate with law enforcement regarding various crime types, which can vary in severity. We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure you can manage and handle sensitive information effectively.
