At HGS, our Quality Analysts play a key role in supporting a major UK government digital service that helps the public access clear and essential online information. This service enables people to complete important tasks, navigate reliable guidance, and interact with government platforms with confidence. In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of these interactions by reviewing advisor responses, identifying areas for improvement, and converting insight into practical actions. What we are looking for:
- Do you have experience working within a public sector programme in a BPO environment, where accuracy, compliance, and governance are essential
- Are you able to review customer interactions using structured QA frameworks and identify behavioural, process, or regulatory gaps
- Are you confident delivering clear, evidence based feedback to support coaching and performance improvement
- Are you someone who uses data, dashboards, and digital QA tools to identify trends that support operational decision making

Requirements:
- Experience working within a public sector programme in a BPO setting
- Strong understanding of QA frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory expectations
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify behavioural, process, and policy related risks
- Confidence using quality monitoring systems, digital QA tools, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interpret operational dashboards and translate insights into improvement actions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver objective, evidence based feedback
- Understanding of data protection, governance, and public sector service requirements
