At HGS, our Project Managers play a vital role in leading large-scale transformation initiatives across the UK and EMEA. From onboarding major new clients to delivering continuous improvement and digital innovation, you’ll be at the heart of projects that shape the future of our business. This role is about more than timelines and budgets. You’ll be the steady hand that keeps stakeholders aligned, risks managed, and outcomes delivered. By blending structure with pragmatism, you’ll ensure projects land successfully in fast-paced, multicultural environments, while building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior leaders. Please note, this is a 3-6 month fixed term contract.

What we are looking for:
- Do you have experience leading client transitions or transformation projects in BPO or contact centre environments?
- Can you balance structure with pragmatism, tailoring your delivery approach to fit the project?
- Are you confident managing diverse, international stakeholders and multicultural teams?
- Do you know how to escalate risks early and clearly to protect outcomes?
- Are you curious about emerging digital solutions, such as AI, and how they impact service delivery?

Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within BPO, contact centres, or CX-focused organisations
- Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, to budget, and to quality standards
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Planner, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Familiarity with PMO principles and change management practices
- Flexibility to coordinate across geographies and adapt to fast-moving business needs
