Job Description: 

Are you detail focused, proactive and confident communicating with external partners?

HGS is seeking Data Entry and Onboarding Assistants to support digital onboarding activity for our clients. In this role, you will combine accurate data management with supplier engagement, carrying out outbound calls and emails to guide external stakeholders through their onboarding journey. You will review, validate and maintain highquality data, assist suppliers with queries and documentation, and ensure they progress smoothly through each stage of the process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, resolving issues independently and supporting customers in a fast-paced digital operations environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data entry, quality assurance or a BPO/contact centre environment is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors quickly.
  • Confident, clear communication skills for supplier engagement.
  • Ability to take initiative, resolve issues independently and keep tasks moving.
  • Competence with spreadsheets, data entry tools and basic digital systems.
  • Ability to organise, update and maintain datasets accurately across platforms.
  • Understanding of data confidentiality and secure information handling.
