At HGS, our Trainer plays an important role within the Business Excellence function, designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programmes that support employees throughout the operational lifecycle. You will translate client and business requirements into practical learning experiences for virtual and in-person delivery, using learner feedback, assessment outcomes, performance data, and operational insight to strengthen training effectiveness. Do you have experience delivering engaging learning in a multi-client contact centre, business process outsourcing, or similar operational environment?
Can you adapt learning content and facilitation methods to meet client requirements, learner needs, operational changes, and business priorities?
Are you confident using feedback, assessments, quality indicators, and performance data to evaluate learning and identify capability gaps?
Do you enjoy coaching others, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously improving the learning experience?

Requirements:
Demonstrable knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation methods, and contemporary learning techniques
Experience delivering virtual, classroom, and practical learning in a multi-client contact centre, BPO, or comparable operational environment
Understanding of the full learning cycle, including needs analysis, delivery, assessment, evaluation, and continuous improvement
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate client and business requirements into effective learning solutions
Coaching capability and confidence providing constructive feedback to support performance improvement
Clear written and verbal communication skills, tailored to learners, operational teams, clients, and senior stakeholders
Ability to interpret learning, quality, and performance data and turn findings into clear, actionable insight
Experience creating, maintaining, and quality-checking learning materials, facilitator notes, assessments, and training records
Competence in Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
High levels of adaptability, emotional intelligence, professional judgement, and personal credibility
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines while protecting quality and learner experience
