Are you an experienced frontline sales leader who thrives in fast‑paced, performance‑driven contact centre environments?

 

At HGS, our  Team Leaders play a key role in supporting a high‑volume inbound sales operation that helps customers set up essential home services such as internet, TV, mobile and energy. Working with warm leads from customers who are actively looking to buy, this role is focused on driving consistent sales performance through hands‑on coaching, strong floor presence and real‑time performance management. In this role, you will lead a team of frontline sales advisors, providing day‑to‑day guidance, live coaching and practical leadership to ensure conversion, quality and customer experience targets are met. You will work closely with Team Managers and operational support teams to stabilise performance, address risks early and maintain a motivated, high‑energy sales environment

What are we looking for: 

  • Do you have experience leading frontline teams within a sales driven contact centre environment?
  • Are you confident coaching advisors in objection handling, consultative selling and conversion improvement?
  • Can you manage live performance and take action quickly to address gaps or risks?
  • Are you comfortable using performance data and dashboards to guide daily decisions?
  • Do you have experience operating within structured, compliance led sales operations?

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Team Leader, Team Manager or senior advisor within a contact centre sales environment
  • Strong understanding of inbound sales performance drivers, including conversion, AHT and quality
  • Confidence delivering live coaching and feedback in fastpaced environments
  • Experience using CRM systems, performance dashboards and call monitoring tools
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example on the floor
