Business Account Agents (B2B)

We are looking a Business Account Agents (B2B), to continue driving our growth! Someone who enjoys a fast-paced and high growth environment that is looking to be at the front line with our clients!

 

What is a typical workday?

  • Properly filter and answer client requests and questions via email or our client portal in English or French. Communicate well and clearly, taking the time to understand user feedback and incorporate into recommendations.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all day-to-day matter specific to your accounts
  • Process client claims for lost and damaged parcels
  • Act as the liaison between the clients and the account managers.
  • Work closely with all internal teams to drive towards excellence and results for your clients.
  • Work hours are Mon.-Fri. 3pm - 11pm

 

Business and Technical Skills

  • Experience in customer service and client-focused solutions roles.
  • Flexibility and ability to meet with customers.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and task management.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and measured manner.
