Are you an experienced leader who thrives on driving operational excellence and building high-performing teams? We are offering an opportunity as an Operations Manager for the Astound Broadband campaign at HGS South Africa. In this role, you’ll lead Team Managers and Advisors, align resources, and ensure service delivery meets the highest standards. You’ll act as the bridge between strategy and execution—optimising processes, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about customer experience, stakeholder collaboration, and leading through change, this could be the role for you. Please note: This is an on site position, based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead operations in a high-volume contact centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM, adherence, and QA monitoring systems.
  • Ability to generate, analyse, and present performance reports.
  • Robust experience in HR processes, including performance management, coaching, and employee engagement.
