Are you passionate about improving how organisations buy, manage spend and make decisions through technology? At HGS Cape Town, we're looking for a bilingual Digital Procurement & AI Enablement Specialist, fluent in both French and English, to help shape and optimise our procurement technology landscape. You'll take ownership of key platforms, deliver meaningful process improvements, and use data and automation to create more efficient, scalable procurement operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with Procurement, Finance and IT teams to drive adoption, improve user experience and enable better business decisions through technology and reporting.

- Are you experienced in administering and optimising procurement, expense or financial systems?
- Have you been involved in digital transformation initiatives that delivered measurable operational improvements?
- Can you design and improve workflows that enhance efficiency, compliance and user experience?
- Are you confident working with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT and wider business functions?
- Do you have strong Power BI skills and enjoy turning data into meaningful insights and reporting?
- Are you comfortable driving adoption of new technologies and supporting users through change?
- Are you fluent in both French and English, with the confidence to communicate clearly across both languages?

Requirements:
- Fluent French and English language skills are essential for this role
- Experience in procurement operations, systems administration, financial systems or a related field
- Proven experience implementing, configuring or managing procurement technology platforms such as Zip, Brex or similar solutions
- Strong understanding of workflow design, process optimisation and automation
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
- Ability to analyse operational data and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience partnering with Procurement, Finance, IT and business stakeholders
- Strong communication, training and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of governance, compliance, controls and data integrity requirements
- Experience supporting system integrations, user administration and platform enhancements
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel or other analytical tools would be beneficial
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics or a related discipline preferred
