Customer Service Agent – US Client – On-site (Woodstock, Cape Town)
Bring your problem‑solving skills and customer‑focused energy to a role where you can make a real impact. Join our on‑site team in Woodstock, Cape Town, as a Customer Service Agent, supporting customers through inbound calls and emails, resolving issues, and delivering personalised solutions. You’ll build rapport, troubleshoot confidently, upsell services where relevant, and document interactions accurately — all within a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
This campaign combines customer service, troubleshooting, retention, and soft sales. You’ll benefit from structured paid training, clear expectations, and uncapped earning potential.
Please note: This is an on‑site role. You must be a South African National based in Cape Town and committed to supporting US clients on a night shift.

Requirements
- Essential - Minimum 1 year contact centre/BPO voice experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Telecom experience is desirable.
- US campaign/ Night shift experience is desirable.
- Must be based in Cape Town.
- Must be a South African National
