Job Description: 

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Processing customer orders and invoices using the company’s order management software (Podio) and Quickbooks.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of customer orders and invoices entered into Quickbooks by reconciling with Podio system upon issuance.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales and order fulfillment departments to resolve transaction discrepancies and ensuring customer invoicing accuracy
  • Contacting clients to discuss their accounts when necessary
  • Assist with gathering information for audit requests and ensure the accuracy of information provided
  • Provide back-up assistance when manager is out of office

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, Pivot tables, filters, formatting)
  • 1 year Quickbooks experience
  • 2-3 years of accounts receivable experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
