Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Brand & Creative Strategy to lead the development of compelling brand narratives and integrated creative strategies for our clients. This role blends deep brand thinking with high-impact creative direction, ensuring all campaigns are insight-driven, culturally relevant, and business-focused.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy Leadership
Lead the development of brand positioning, architecture, and messaging frameworks for clients across industries
Translate business objectives into powerful brand strategies and storytelling platforms
Drive brand audits, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
2. Creative Strategy & Direction
Oversee creative strategy across campaigns (digital, social, content, performance marketing, etc.)
Collaborate with creative teams (design, copy, video) to ensure consistency and excellence
Guide ideation for high-impact campaigns and pitches
3. Client Leadership
Act as a strategic advisor to key clients, building long-term relationships
Present and defend strategic and creative work confidently
Identify opportunities for brand growth and upselling
4. Integrated Campaign Planning
Ensure cohesive brand storytelling across channels (social media, digital ads, influencer marketing, content, etc.)
Work closely with performance marketing teams to align brand and conversion strategies
6. Market & Cultural Intelligence
Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and consumer trends
Bring fresh, innovative thinking into brand and campaign development
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in brand strategy, creative strategy, or planning (agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio of successful brand campaigns and strategic work
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, social media, and content marketing
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven thinking
Preferred Background
- Experience in leading digital marketing or integrated agencies
- Exposure to diverse sectors (FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, tech, etc.)
- Strong network within the creative and marketing ecosystem
