HGS Interactive, a Hinduja Global Solutions company, is looking to hire a Client Servicing Manager. This role is critical in driving client satisfaction, ensuring delivery excellence, and building long-term value through strong digital and social media solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and managing expectations effectively.

Social Media Management: End-to-end handling of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including content planning, campaign strategy, and daily content execution tailored to each platform.

Strategic Planning: Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective digital and social media strategies in collaboration with internal teams.

Project Management: Ensure seamless execution of projects by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, delivering on time, within scope and budget.

Internal Liaising: Work closely with cross-functional teams and department heads to drive output quality, timelines, and account growth.

Feedback & Reporting: Monitor performance, gather client feedback, and present insights through structured reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, address client concerns, and implement effective solutions.

Business Growth: Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and support new business pitches.

Financial Management: Manage account billing, revenue tracking, spends, collections, and contribute to revenue projections.

Legal & Compliance: Oversee basic legal documentation related to client engagements, contracts, and approvals.

Brand Research: Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen strategy and campaign effectiveness.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Minimum 6+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and production processes

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail and organisational skills

 

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel)

Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics

Hands-on knowledge of Web, Social Media, PPC, SEO, etc.
