Job Description: Process Consultant (International Voice)
Role Overview
The Process Consultant is responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests while ensuring smooth coordination of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Coordinate with internal departments for pickups, deliveries, appointments, shipping, and receiving

Communicate with external partners such as ports, railways, 3PLs, carriers, and vendors

Ensure accurate documentation and system updates

Meet urgent deadlines and support operational requirements

Identify problems and suggest process improvements
Qualifications & Skills

Graduation mandatory

Minimum 2 years of International voice experience in a customer service or similar role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel

Experience with TMS and WMS systems preferred

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
