Job Description: Appointment Desk Clerk

Responsible for scheduling delivery appointments, managing accessorial charges, updating shipment documentation, and providing customer service support. Ensures all shipments are properly appointed and accurately recorded in the TMS.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of international customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Night shift & Rotational weekly of
  • Experience in a CSR role required, experience and knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel; TMS and WMS systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Obtain, evaluate, and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Update forms & reports / manage customers’ accounts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
