Job Description: Process Consultant (International Voice)

Role Overview

The Process Consultant is responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests while ensuring smooth coordination of operational processes. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Coordinate with internal departments for pickups, deliveries, appointments, shipping, and receiving

  • Communicate with external partners such as ports, railways, 3PLs, carriers, and vendors

  • Ensure accurate documentation and system updates

  • Meet urgent deadlines and support operational requirements

  • Identify problems and suggest process improvements


Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation mandatory

  • Minimum 2 years of International voice experience in a customer service or similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Experience with TMS and WMS systems preferred

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
