Job Description: 

Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Principal Full-Stack Developer with 11+ years of experience to lead our engineering team. You will drive technical architecture, design scalable systems, and mentor junior developers. This role requires balancing hands-on coding with high-level system design.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Design robust, scalable, and secure full-stack software architectures.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and cloud services.
  • Enforce high-quality standards through rigorous code reviews and automated testing.
  • Migrate legacy monolithic applications into modern microservices architecture.

Development & Execution

  • Build critical, high-performance features across frontend and backend systems.
  • Optimize database queries, caching strategies, and application performance.
  • Integrate complex third-party APIs, payment gateways, and internal microservices.
  • Develop secure applications implementing OAuth, JWT, and OWASP safety standards.

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Mentor mid-level and senior engineers to foster continuous professional growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, DevOps, and Designers to deliver features.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous deployment practices.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Expertise

  • Languages: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
  • Frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (Expert level in at least one).
  • State Management: Redux, Context API, or NgRx.
  • Styling: CSS3, HTML5, SASS, Tailwind CSS.

Backend Expertise

  • Languages: Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or .NET Core.
  • Frameworks: Express.js, Django, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET.
  • APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, and WebSockets.

Database & Caching

  • SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server.
  • NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
  • Caching: Redis or Memcached.

Cloud & DevOps

  • Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Containers: Docker and Kubernetes.
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 11+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience delivering large-scale SaaS or enterprise applications.
