Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead .NET Full Stack with 5–8 years of expertise in ASP.NET (MVC4/5, .NET Core), SQL Server, Web API, LINQ, and modern front-end frameworks (AngularJS/ReactJS). The role demands a self-driven technologist who can contribute to design, architecture, and end-to-end development for enterprise-grade product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of web applications using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web API.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers for high-performance data processing.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with enterprise applications and front-end clients.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with best practices in .NET architecture.
• Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end applications using AngularJS/ReactJS.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Drive performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, and solution architecture reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, bringing in modern practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in .NET full stack development.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, and application architecture principles.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, LINQ, and Entity Framework.
• Expertise in SQL Server development with strong query optimization and performance tuning skills.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (AngularJS/ReactJS).
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean coding practices.
• Strong exposure to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud services and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest) and TDD practices.
• Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and API security (OAuth2, JWT).
