Job Description: 

Reconciliation Operations:

· Oversee end-to-end reconciliation processes for cash, bank, and nostro accounts.

· Perform root cause analysis and resolve breaks/discrepancies in reconciliation.

· Coordinate with internal departments and external banks to investigate and resolve issues.

 

Process Improvement:

· Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization.

· Support the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Reporting and Documentation: · Prepare and review reconciliation reports for accuracy and completeness. · Ensure all reconciliations are performed in accordance with compliance and audit standards. · Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation activities. Key Skills & Competencies: · Strong understanding of banking operations and financial reconciliation, particularly: o Cash Reconciliation o Nostro Reconciliation o Bank Reconciliation · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Proficient in MS Excel, reconciliation tools, and banking software. · Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. · Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. · Experience with MIS reporting, data validation, and issue escalation management.
