Job Description:

Job Title: Sr Data Analyst – Intelligent Employee Experience (Bots, LLMs, Document Parsing, Automation)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent solutions that enhance the employee experience through chatbots, large language models (LLMs), intelligent document parsing, API/email-driven integrations, and workflow automation. The role requires expertise in AI/NLPdocument AI, and enterprise system automation to deliver seamless, intuitive, and personalized employee interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Conversational AI & LLM Solutions

  • Design and develop AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for HR, IT, and employee self-service.
  • Implement LLM-driven solutions (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Gemini, Claude) for enterprise use cases.
  • Fine-tune and optimize NLP models for intent recognition, entity extraction, and knowledge retrieval.
  • Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to integrate enterprise knowledge with LLMs.

Intelligent Document Parsing & Knowledge Extraction

  • Develop document parsing pipelines for structured and unstructured content (PDF, Word, Scanned docs, Images).
  • Use OCR frameworks (Tesseract, Azure Form Recognizer, AWS Textract, Google Document AI) for digitization.
  • Implement NLP techniques for information extraction (entities, tables, key-value pairs).
  • Classify and tag documents automatically (resumes, policies, invoices, employee forms).
  • Integrate document understanding workflows with chatbots and enterprise apps.
  • Ensure parsing accuracy, scalability, and compliance with data security and privacy standards.

Employee Experience & Automation

  • Build intelligent assistants that automate HR, IT, and workplace workflows (onboarding, leave requests, expense queries, learning support).
  • Develop API-driven integrations between bots and enterprise applications (HRMS, CRM, ERP, ITSM).
  • Implement email-based automations for employee interactions (parsing emails, extracting intents, triggering workflows).
  • Personalize employee experiences with AI-driven recommendations (learning content, career growth, wellbeing).

Integration & Enterprise Systems

  • Design API integrations (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) to connect AI assistants with internal systems.
  • Build connectors for collaboration tools (MS Teams, Slack, Outlook, Gmail) to extend chatbot reach.
  • Ensure secure handling of authentication/authorization (OAuth2, SAML, JWT).
  • Collaborate with internal IT to integrate AI solutions with custom-built HR/IT applications.

Monitoring, Analytics & Improvement

  • Define KPIs for AI assistants and document parsing solutions (accuracy, adoption, resolution rate, sentiment).
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve chatbot, document parsing, and automation workflows.
  • Implement feedback loops and analytics dashboards to track usage trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with focus on NLP and intelligent automation.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain).
  • Experience with chatbot frameworks (Rasa, Botpress, Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework).
  • Experience with document parsing & OCR frameworks (Tesseract, Azure Form Recognizer, AWS Textract, Google Document AI).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and Postman testing.
  • Experience with email parsing & automation (IMAP/SMTP, Microsoft Graph, Gmail API).
  • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) for semantic search.
  • Good understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and privacy.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with voice assistants (speech-to-text, text-to-speech).
  • Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Exposure to employee experience platforms and HR digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of data pipelines and integration patterns for enterprise systems.
  • Certifications in AI/ML, NLP, or intelligent document processing.
