Exchange Administrator
Responsible for the management, configuration, and protection of business messaging systems, with a particular emphasis on hybrid and Exchange Online configurations. In order to guarantee a communication uptime of 100 percent and regulatory compliance, core responsibilities include managing user mailboxes, directing mail flow, implementing anti-spam and anti-malware filters, and automating PowerShell.
The Most Important Obligations • User mailboxes, resource rooms, shared mailboxes, and Microsoft 365 groups may all be created and configured with the Outlook and Groups management feature. Establish procedures on delegation, archiving, and retention of information. • Hybrid and Migration Operations: In addition to conducting tenant-to-tenant or on-premises to cloud migrations, you will be responsible for maintaining hybrid coexistence settings, connectors, and Autosearch. Applying anti-spam/malware filters, data loss prevention (DLP) rules, and email authentication methods (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) with Microsoft Purview is part of the security and compliance measures. Diagnostic of mail flow bottlenecks, client connectivity issues (Outlook, mobile ActiveSync, and OWA), and monitoring of service health dashboards are included in the list of troubleshooting and monitoring tasks. To automate processes like mass user provisioning, reporting, and routine administrative chores, you may write and deploy PowerShell scripts.
