Job Description: 

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing prospects, and closing Pre-sales primarily via phone, email, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to meet and exceed Pre-sales targets in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls /email campaigns and follow up on inbound leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery calls and assess their needs.
  • Present and pitch products or services to prospective clients virtually or over the phone.
  • Maintain a high level of product or Services knowledge to address Prospects questions and objections.
  • Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track all sales activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve the sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for leads, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of inside sales or telesales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to meet Pre-sales goals and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in IT-BPS-Digital companies
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in company research
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with prospects.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
