Job Description: 

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Chatbot, Cloud Computing, etc.) and their potential impact on HGS accounts.
• Lead and manage implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption during projects.
• Foster strong relationships and collaboration across departments to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with transformation projects, including security, compliance, and operational risks.
• Continuously stay abreast of the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
