Job Description: ABM Marketing Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ABM Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be responsible for the administration and optimization of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platform, ZoomInfo, and will play a key role in the execution and setup of ABM campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ABM strategies, marketing operations, and data-driven campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for ZoomInfo and other ABM-related tools.
- Manage user access, data hygiene, integrations, and platform updates.
- Ensure platform configurations align with marketing and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to build and launch ABM campaigns.
- Set up audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and feedback.
- Maintain accurate account and contact data within ZoomInfo.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with demand generation, sales, and content teams to align ABM efforts.
- Support enablement initiatives by sharing platform best practices and training.
- Develop and document workflows for campaign setup and execution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline ABM operations and improve scalability.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in ABM or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo or similar ABM platforms.
- Strong understanding of ABM principles, targeting, and personalization.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with intent data and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data integration.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads).
- Certification in ZoomInfo or ABM platforms is a plus.
