Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist drives the client’s mission by recruiting top talent across global markets (AU, UK, US, NZ). This role manages end-to-end recruitment for technical, corporate, and field roles, ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage briefing, sourcing, screening, and offers.
- Sourcing: Identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networks.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Advise hiring managers and People Partners with market insights.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a professional, values-driven journey.
- Employer Branding: Promote Acusensus’ mission and culture.
- Talent Pipeline: Maintain ready-now candidates for critical roles.
- Data & Compliance: Manage ATS (Workable) and Checkmate platform; ensure ISO compliance (Quality, Safety, Security, Environment).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field, OR 3+ years in multinational talent acquisition.
Skills & Experience
- Advanced use of Workable ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven success in sourcing technical/engineering roles.
- Experience recruiting in at least two key markets (AU, UK, US, NZ).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and compliance.
