The Scheduler is responsible for efficiently scheduling all jobs within assigned areas, ensuring timely completion in adherence to client scheduling guidelines, dealer restrictions, and company deadlines. This role involves collaborating with Independent Contractors (ICs) and Partners (Ptans) to enhance Cost of Service (COS) and operational efficiencies. The Scheduler must maintain positive professional relationships with ICs and Ptans to manage COS and uphold high audit quality standards.

- Communicate promptly regarding urgent messages and bids.
- Return calls to inspectors who have requested callbacks.
- Review and resolve Zendesk tickets on the same day they are entered.
- Review all declined jobs and reassign as necessary.
- Enter inspector names for all jobs listed as CC9999.
- Maintain or exceed scheduling goals to meet deadlines.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from inspectors.
- Communicate with inspectors about schedule dates.
- Bundle jobs in the same area for efficient execution by inspectors.
- Report shortages of quality inspectors, high COS, and challenging inspectors to the Regional Scheduling Manager.
- Provide the Regional Scheduling Manger with updates on progress and scheduling issues.
- Utilize qualified inspectors and adhere to client and dealer limitations when assigning jobs.
- Provide the Regional Scheduling Manager with updates on progress and scheduling issues.
- Monitor COS.
- Attend weekly area call meetings on time, prepared with relevant statistics.
- Maintain on-time rates and weekly progress for scheduling.
- Work on improving efficiencies, COS, and on-time rates.
- Identify and onboard new inspectors for closer jobs.
- Request Regional Field Specialist overview and certification for inspectors.
- Provide input on areas needing new inspectors.
- Maintain on-time rates with minimal late jobs.
- Request feedback on COS and high-bidding ICs.
- Track the root cause of late jobs and provide solutions.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
