Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end hiring for our growing Australian operations. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and can independently manage multiple recruitment campaigns from sourcing through onboarding.

 

The successful candidate will primarily recruit for blue-collar and operational roles across Australia while also providing HR administrative support to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle. You'll play a key role in helping us attract high-quality talent who align with our culture and operational needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefings, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an efficient candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to hiring managers.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles.

HR Administration

  • Support employee onboarding and new starter documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with employment contracts and HR correspondence.
  • Support general HR administrative processes and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with other HR projects and administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

  • At least three (3) years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within blue-collar, construction, infrastructure, transport, logistics, or similar industries.
  • Experience recruiting for the Australian market is highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least a High School graduate.
  • Experience recruiting operational, field-based, or trade-related positions.
  • Previous experience supporting HR administration and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with Australian employment practices is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
