Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and recommending candidate placement. Using both internal and external creative sourcing methods, the role ensures the company attracts the best talent to meet organizational needs. Key responsibilities include candidate scheduling, employment processing, and passive candidate sourcing.
Main Responsibilities
- Process new applicants and complete onboarding tasks such as background checks, uploading identification documents, processing I-9 documentation, and handling E-Verification.
- Prepare job postings, review applications, and conduct phone screenings for hourly positions.
- Lead recruiting efforts to fill current and future job openings.
- Post job openings and source candidates through job search websites and other platforms.
- Refer applicants to specific job openings, arrange background checks, and process employment status changes.
- Communicate with job applicants regarding employment consideration and updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in U.S. recruitment.
- Familiarity with job search websites and creative sourcing methods.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Commitment to adhering strictly to work schedule requirements.
