Responsibilities

• Address Technology Advisor inquiries via email, or phone

• Cable order/site qualification

• Cable Deal Registration management

• Provide Cable pricing

• Generate Cable contracts

• Submit Cable orders for processing

• Attend Cable Supplier/Technology Advisor Trainings and on-going relationship development

• Become proficient in pricing activities for Cable suppliers

• Salesforce quote management

• 1st level cable escalation for pricing requests

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to be resilient to change

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work in a remote team environment

• Familiar with computer basics and a working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, OneNote, Excel, SharePoint)
