The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals. This role focuses on process optimization, team leadership, and performance management across functions. Candidates with experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will bring added value in improving financial and operational outcomes through structured, process-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
- Oversee daily operations of teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to address performance gaps.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, including training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across operations.
- Support budgeting and resource planning to optimize operational costs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, risks, and improvement plans to senior management.
- Leverage prior experience in revenue cycle or similar process-driven environments to enhance operational outcomes.
- Any other task as may be required.
Qualifications
- College Graduate PREFERRED
- Minimum 2 years experienced as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
- Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management - REQUIRED
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational systems/tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment.
