The Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Coordinator will maintain data, reporting, and compliance by monitoring key processes within the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Responsibilities

Maintain and establish reporting systems across global operations.

Identify and monitor training needs, ensuring completion and compliance.

Track internal audits and inspections, escalating overdue items.

Manage toolbox talks, incident reporting registers, and corrective actions.

Produce monthly quality, environment, and safety reports.
Qualifications
Essential
-
Experience in quality management systems.
Desirable
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality, Safety, and Environment systems.

Strong organisational and record management skills.
-
Knowledge of incident management, corrective actions, and document control.

Familiarity with Google Suite, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Safety Culture™.
