Job Overview

This role involves providing support to the onshore FP&A team. The individual will be responsible for assisting in data consolidation, process control checks and any other support required by the FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

● Data consolidation and tagging for month end network analysis
● Monthly update of Non-residential sales orders to financial model
● Checking of quarterly commission claims from sales team
● Checking of quarterly claim submissions to IMDA to ensure completeness and accuracy
● Cross checking FE charges to billing to ensure completeness of billing and facilitate analysis of charges
● Gathering of consumer commissions mix by channels and product type
● Any other ad-hoc FP&A related matters

Qualification:

• Experience in using and managing huge data including sorting, structuring, processing and organising in a consistent manner in order to facilitate analysis.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate information effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Proactive and self-motivated in managing responsibilities
