Job Description: 

 

Role and Responsibilities

Primary functions of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Evaluate and triage communications intake for the organization
  • Respond to advisor inquiries
  • Resource alignment/support delegation
  • Format records in Salesforce
  • Generate location qualification reports
  • Utilize Knowledge in Salesforce
  • Attend regular team and company trainings
  • Continuous learning of role development
  • Coverage as need for Triage & Intake Team

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Salesforce knowledge (preferred not required)
  • Basic excel skills
  • Excellent writing and communication (written and verbal)
  • Customer Service background
  • Basic Computer knowledge
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook)

Additional Notes

This position is entry level and will be data drive and advisor facing. Additional job duties, projects may be assigned. Prior experience in telecommunications operations support is preferred but not required.
