Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop product-focused micro-learning modules.
- Translate product information into engaging, learner-friendly content for pharmacy teams.
- Develop short assessments and reference materials to reinforce learning.
- Build, manage, and maintain an eLearning content library.
- Apply and evolve eLearning templates and design standards.
- Facilitate basic systems training for network partners, providing practical walkthroughs of core platforms and workflows to support adoption and effective use
- Ensure all content meets quality, brand, and accuracy standards, incorporating review feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Instructional Design, eLearning Development, or a related role.
- Experience in retail, pharmacy, or healthcare preferred.
- Strong ability to simplify technical or product information into practical learning experiences.
