POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for leading, monitoring, and supervising their assigned portfolio. This role ensures
team efficiency, quality, and adherence to operational standards while driving overall client
success
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and drive team performance, including productivity, quality, and attendance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to workflows and client requirements.
• Identify and address performance deficiencies at both the individual and team levels.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational consistency.
• Set clear objectives to align team efforts with organizational goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and team members.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions to support team members in achieving performance and career goals.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to resolve roadblocks and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with operational objectives, contributing to organizational success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management and Certification Billing/Coding
• (preferred).
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Commercial and Government Insurance plans, member eligibility, and medical billing (preferred).
• Strong understanding and adherence to HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, UB, HCFA, and 837 terminologies (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in coaching and career development.
• Strong attention to detail, with problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Google Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
