Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates to support hiring for new and replacement roles. Builds and maintains a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified applicants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct call-outs and initial screenings of candidates from various job portals
- Review applications to ensure candidates meet minimum job requirements
- Maintain and update sourcing databases and trackers accurately
- Assist recruiters with administrative and coordination tasks, including CV editing, assessment follow-ups, interview scheduling, and collection of pre-employment requirements
- Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any field (preferred)
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours and on-site in BGC, Taguig (Near Market Market)
- Contract Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of conversion into a full-time contract based on performance
