POSITION OVERVIEW

This position works closely with candidates by leading them through the entire recruitment

process and ensuring that all pertinent candidate information is captured within the assigned

database. Recruiters bridge the gap between qualified candidates and current openings and

build their business base by connecting job seekers with new positions as they help candidates

move forward in their careers.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management

  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and provide information

regarding the recruitment process while properly setting expectations about profile

requirements, candidate endorsements, and hiring turnaround times

  • Address the requests/inquiries of clients promptly
  • Conduct regular calibration sessions with clients/hiring managers for feedback and

updates to ensure alignment in agreed-upon recruitment terms

  • Perform other initiatives that can further solidify client relationship
  • Resolve client escalation within a reasonable time

 

Recruitment Operations (Sourcing and Recruiting)

  • Responsible for administration of the standard recruitment process for all open tracks

including Sourcing, conducting job interviews and placement (Offer and Due Diligence)

  • Act as a subject matter expert by providing recommendations for all recruitment-related concerns
  • Source, identify, and match the right candidate for an open track
  • Manages candidate pool and builds own solid pipeline for future tracks Recommends sourcing activities/recruitment strategies based on yield rate and cost
  • Facilitate the handoff process and communicate hiring updates on new hires to

stakeholders (Clients, Human Resources, and Operations)

  • Conduct a Job Offer and extend the contract to the identified candidate
  • Maintain trackers and generate reports as required
  • Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources,

Behavioural Science or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of Recruitment working experience in BPO/RPO/Offshoring/outsourcing/Staffing Company.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Detail-oriented and can multitask with strong administrative and organization skill
  • Self-starter and able to work independently or with a team
  • Hybrid Work Set-up (Minimum of 3 days onsite)
