Job Description: 

 

Sales Development Representative (SDRs) are the tip of the spear. That means they are responsible for making sure customers who start our online application for insurance successfully complete them. SDRs interface with customers through several channels, such as instant messaging, and inbound and outbound phone calls, and provide assistance to Advisors in both quoting and selling small commercial insurance. Ideal for someone starting theircareer that wants a blend of technology and insurance.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

The Sales Development Representative must satisfy the following minimum qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or GED required.
  2. Basic computer literacy, G suite preferred and Salesforce aplus.
  3. Strong presentation and telephone skills.
  4. Customer service and sales experience preferred, especially in call centerenvironment
