Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and map supply chain processes for continuous improvement
  • Define/document ‘as‑is’ and ‘to‑be’ processes, create capability maps, and translate requirements
  • Support systems design/configuration (including Salesforce & Salescloud integration)
  • Ensure master data accuracy and seamless execution
  • Collaborate across B2B/Sales, logistics, finance, engineering, and service delivery teams
  • Explore AI solutions to enhance operations and efficiency

Candidate Profile:

  • At least three years of experience in BPM, process mapping, logistics flows, and KPIs
  • Strong SQL and advanced Excel proficiency
